Living a life with pain and frustration may have prompted you to find help. Finally managing worry and regret can bring quick improvements in feeling good, in relationships and in our self esteem.  

My brief solutions focused approach draws on Clinical Hypnosis, Gestalt, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and Psychodrama. But it takes practice. Sometimes it takes help from a coach/therapist. All of us as humans have blind spots. Sometimes the helpful view of another person can shift our perspective just enough to start changes that add up. 

I provide a variety of eclectic styles, including psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy, clinical hypnosis, rapid trauma resolution, Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR, and Psychodrama. My holistic approaches honor emotions and thinking, seeking to connect body, mind and soul. Of course, all of my work is respectful and completely confidential.

Often our lives become complex and burdensome beyond our immediate abilities to cope.  Work and family stresses intertwine in the most successful of lives, and we may fail to understand our actions and feelings.  Especially in relationships, and particularly at home we can unwittingly stand in our own way and fail to thrive.  Solving long standing behavioral problems can be a first step in reclaiming our optimism and our prosperity.
